Returns and Cancelations Policy

The products or goods must be returned in the same condition as the customer received them and include all its wrappings, documents, and instructions.

 

We Olive reserves the right to refuse a cancelation or refund for the following reasons (other conditions may apply). Products or goods that are damaged are worn beyond their original packaging or are not in the same condition as the customer received them. Additionally, the purchased product is personalized or made according to customer's instructions, products that according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date has surpassed their expiration date, were unsealed after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items, or the customer has previously acknowledged his loss of cancelation rights.

 

If your order meets the return or cancelation requirements and policies, we will proceed to reimburse no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products. Reimbursements are made with the same payment method the customer used for his order and will not incur any fees for such transactions.
