Preparation time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:


●4 fish (can be white or blue)

●4 crushed garlic

Process:


First, clean the fish and cut it into pieces or keep it whole, as you prefer. Mix the garlic, salt, and pepper with Meyer lemon olive oil . With a brush, bathe the fish inside and out and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 to 356 F for 15-20 minutes.
